How to Request a Quote?
- Measure and note centerline length and outside diameter (OD) of each section of the exhaust component that will be wrapped with HeaderShield. Refer to the measurement examples below.
- If your system includes non-tubular parts like turbochargers, housings, covers etc. please provide measurements and descriptions of those parts separately, ideally with photos.
- Send us an email at support@headershield.com or use the form below, with your component description and list of all section lengths and diameters. If possible, include good quality photos of the part(s) to be wrapped with HeaderShield.
- Provide any additional information that can be useful. The more info we receive, the more accurate your quote will be.
NOTE: Quotes based on email communication may be adjusted after we receive your parts, due to complexity of the process and wide variety of components. Any change to quote will be clearly and timely communicated and will require customer’s approval.
Measurement Examples
If your part contains multiple sections of various diameters, list each section separately. Do not include sections that won’t be wrapped.
Section 1- OD: 3 in., Length: 24 in.
Section 2- OD: 1.5 in, Length: 4 in.
If all sections of your part have the same OD, list number of sections and total length. Do not include sections that won’t be wrapped.
