We are looking for resellers for HeaderShield™

Download, fill out and email the Dealer Application Form, along with a copy of your business license to support@headershield.com. Upon acceptance of your dealer application, we would require a one time fee.

Your company will be listed on our website as an Preferred Installer and advertised in our marketing materials
We would supply sample tubing with the HeaderShield™ process applied
We will provide promotional materials for your customers
